Near the mouth of Ingham's Stream (northern pike) and a mile from the famed Belgrade Stream, the cottage has a prime location if you like to fish: bass, lake trout, fresh water salmon, perch, and pickerel. Maine Wilderness Tours, Mike Guarino, (207-465-4333) can supply you with all the tips needed to have a great fishing experience. Please be sure to pick up your fishing license at Day's General Store (can be done by boat).

The Belgrade Lakes Region includes seven pristine lakes which interconnect with lovely streams. These can be traveled with occasional portage around dams.
