Younger brother to Paul Yeaton, Andrew Yeaton and his family were the first residents at the Inn. They lived in this first floor room for about 12 years. The larger "kitchen-sized fireplace" was used by Andrew's industrious wife, Eliza, for chores and cooking. Featuring two sunlit exposures and a unique 1840's trundle bed, this room overlooks the circular garden just to the north of the Inn. A small adjoining bathroom ensures privacy. This quiet room comes with an air conditioner for comfort during the warmer months.
During cooler evenings, the charm of this room seems to warm the soul as well as the feet. During the chilly "white season" nights, this room is often requested by our guests.
